Getting Oscar-Worthy Abs

Whenever I think of abs, I would think about the red carpet abs where the sleek and sexy stomachs of starlets parading down the red carpet at the Oscars with flashes popping snapshots of their unabashedly exposed bellies. Getting Oscar-worth abs isn't that hard, I am some worthy proof. If you consider putting these 4 tips into good use, it will make your training easier.

#1 Tip - Drink Coffee

Research shows sipping coffee 30 minutes before a meal suppresses appetite by up to thirty-five percent. Furthermore, it can even boost your metabolism. Just don't add lots of sugar. But according to our low-carbohydrates gurus, feel free to pour in the cream.

#2 Tip - Anticipate the Post-Lunch Energy Drag

The post-lunch energy dip is normal but you may find yourself hitting the vending machine trying to get extra energy about that time. Instead, try isometric exercises, which will increase oxygen flow in the blood stream. This will also help wake up your brain. Try pressing your knees against either side of your desk or pressing them together. Hold for 30 seconds and release. Repeat as needed.

#3 Tip - Don't Skip Breakfast

Studies show that people who skip breakfast are 40% more likely to be overweight than those who eat something within one or two hours of waking up. Stick to something that is balanced in protein and complex carbohydrates. Good examples will include eggs with whole-wheat toast or high-fiber cereal with milk.

#4 Tip- No Soda!

Carbonated beverages (anything with little bubbles) are a source of air in the belly and that extends your abdomen. Stick to water, a well-hydrated body is a thin body.

Having a lean body and six-pack abs takes a lot of hard work. By complementing these four tips with your abs training routine, you are a few steps closer to the perfect Oscar-worth abs much faster than you think!
