Hi, I am James Skylark. And I am here to tell you the reasons why you can't get that six-pack abs that I am able to sculpt on my stomach.
But, before I do that, I need to let you know an equation that I knew in my years of being a certified personal trainer.
80% Diet + 20% Workout = Your Ripped Abs!
Ok, so why am I telling you this? This is because I need to let you know the truth about getting rid of your stubborn abdominal fat. Often, the problem that I always encounter at the gym is that I see people working so hard at all the bodybuilding machines and they stuff their stomach like Santa's sack at the next meal.
So, am I telling you not to eat your fill? Definitely not. Eating is just the trickiest business in the whole six-pack abs charade. In this way, many people prefer to choose the easy way out instead. They either starve themselves at the end of the workout or they just eat all the wrong foods.
Now, from the above equation, I reckon that you know by now that your diet is more important than your workout. Here is a good reason why:
If you are a lazy person at the gym who does not prefer to over-exert your body muscles, chances are, your muscle tissues will not be that fatigued and growing mass becomes an issue.
But, imagine this; you ate a lean meal that eliminates fat even though you didn't manage to build much muscle. Your muscle definition will be even better that a person who worked extremely hard at the gym (just that he ate fried food at his next meal!).
At this moment now, I hope you realized the importance of your diet in your life. Once you implement this diet, you will build those desired and sexy, ripped abs. That's a promise.
