Who's Sally? Sally is a girl in my college gym who introduced me to two effective ab workouts and had the most amazing abs on campus. It's probably more well-defined and toned than many of the men in the gym.Read on to find how to perform them and achieve the same results as Sally.
If you belong to a gym, try this move on a bench. If not, don't worry. Just clear your coffee table and pad it with a towel or mat. Lie on your back where you can reach over your head and hold the edge of the bench or table behind you with your elbows bent (and close to your ears). Bend your knees and raise them so that your knees are directly over your hips. Your knees and feet should be together and parallel to the ground. Tighten your abdominal muscles and gently move your bent knees a few inches toward your chest so that your buttocks are a few inches off the bench or table. Pulse legs upwards for 10 counts and lower. Repeat. Work up to two sets of 8 to 12 reps.
The second one is an effective belly bulge buster. For best results, you need to have a small ball. You do not need to buy an exercise ball, just look for any toy ball in your house.
Begin by lying on your back, right knee bent and put your foot flat on the floor. Bend your left leg and put your left foot squarely on a small ball. Tighten your abs and roll the ball away from you until your left leg is extended. Roll back to starting position. Do one set of 12-15 reps. Switch side and repeat.
If these ab workouts are done regularly, it will definitely help you to burn fat and calories to drop a size or two. If it works for me, it will definitely work for you. So what are you waiting for? Start doing them thrice a week, when you are watching television. And in no time, you will find your middle toned and incredibly sexy.
