Who Says You Need To Give Up Fast Food For Sexy Abs?

While many books and websites claim that eating fast food is destructive to your abs because of the high levels of fat content, it doesn't mean that you are banned from fast food for the rest of your life. Training your abs should be a fun and enjoyable process, not a tormenting period of your life where you have to turn away all the tasty food. Read on to learn how to not lose your abs while you can continue to eat your favorite fast foods.

If you are at a Mexican joint, go vegetarian and hold the refried beans. Choose black beans with rice, plenty of lettuce. Go easy on the full fat cheese, sour cream and tortillas.

If you are the burgers stand, eat the kids meal which will save you calories and let you enjoy a complete meal. Or, cut down on anything with dressing or anything that's fried. Pile on the vegetables and enjoy any salad they offer (but use the salad dressing sparingly). On a positive note, you get to keep the kids toy!

If you cannot resist the temptation of the grilled chicken, go for the grilled chicken sandwich. Try to add some vegetables to round out the meal. You can always eat the meat and skip the roll to reduce the amount of carbs and calories.

Most women need to eat meals that are the size of two fists together, while a snack is the size of one fist (or what can fit in your palm, such as seven almonds). Anything above that and your stomach will be forced to expand.

Eating healthily outside isn't rocket-science, you don't need to read many dieting books to make it work. All you need is common sense when choosing which food to eat. For example, it doesn't make any sense to choose a fried chicken over a grilled chicken. To make your meals better-rounded, you should always ask for more vegetables in your servings. It won't cost you extra.
